Job summary

Komugi, the Japan bread shop, seeks a graphic designer to support campaigns, social media visuals, packaging, and in-store promotions. You will collaborate with the team to translate briefs into creative concepts and produce artwork for digital and print.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, a good sense of typography and branding, and the ability to work across digital design and production.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, AI tools, and video editing software.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in FMCG/retail/lifestyle brands.
• Basic photography or videography skills.
• Strong layout, typography, colour, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of digital design and print production.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Create visual materials for social media, digital platforms, promotions, packaging, and print.
• Brainstorm and contribute ideas for campaigns, visuals, video content, and storyboards.
• Assist with product photography and shoots at outlets as needed.
• Edit photos and videos for digital and social use.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity and guidelines.
• Prepare artwork and design files for digital publishing, production, and printing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
