R Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking a Creative Designer to join our Marketing & Creative team. You will craft engaging visuals for social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more, and develop concepts for product launches and seasonal campaigns.

The role involves designing retail materials, packaging concepts, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency across beauty and haircare brands. A diploma or degree in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe tools are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, colour and branding.
• Experience with social media visuals and multi-channel campaigns.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media visuals for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more.
• Develop campaign concepts and key visuals for product launches.
• Adapt visuals across digital, retail and print touchpoints.
• Design POSM, packaging concepts and marketing collateral.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce and Sales teams.
• Manage multiple brands while preserving each brand's identity.
• Design brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters and invitations.
