Job summary

Driven Communications Sdn Bhd is seeking a Creative Designer who transcends briefs to shape creative direction. You will conceptualise and lead creative across design, animation and marketing campaigns, turning ideas into visual realities that clients will see.

The role requires strong design opinions, ownership of projects, and collaboration with clients and internal teams within Carro Group’s regional network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, creative design or an agency environment.
• Strong opinions about design, visual direction and creative ideas.
• Ability to turn a rough idea into a strong visual concept.
• Comfortable with both thinking and doing—from concept development to final execution.
• Ready to take greater ownership of projects.
• Able to work closely with clients and internal teams.
• Ready to step up and provide creative guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Receive brief and liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Produce static visuals (Illustrator, Photoshop) and animated videos (After Effects).
• Carry out creative direction and concept development; assist junior team members.
• Perform visual/animation execution and management.
• Monitor overall progress for each job and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain client liaison and ensure timely project delivery.
• Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with current trends and industry best practices in creative topics.
