Translate brand strategy into visual concepts, content direction, and creative outputs. Ensure all visuals follow brand identity, tone, colour codes, and design guidelines. Support development of brand assets: logo usage, packaging concepts, signage, display materials.

1. Brand Identity & Positioning
  • Translate brand strategy into visual concepts, content direction, and creative outputs.
  • Ensure all visuals follow brand identity, tone, colour codes, and design guidelines.
  • Support development of brand assets: logo usage, packaging concepts, signage, display materials.
2. Content Ideation & Creation
  • Produce visual content for:
    • Social media posts, reels & TikTok
    • Website banners & marketing visuals
    • Digital ads & promo campaigns
    • Print materials (banners, posters, menu, packaging, POSM)
  • Plan creative direction for video shoots, marketing visuals, campaign themes, and photoshoots.
3. Creative Production
  • Assist in photo/video content creation (shooting, editing, layout).
  • Storyboard marketing campaign visuals.
  • Work closely with videographers, designers, agencies, and production teams.
4. Brand Campaign & Launch Projects
  • Support design & visual communication for new product launches, rebranding, and branding campaigns.
  • Develop campaign visuals, event identity kits, and marketing collaterals.
  • Conduct research for visual trends, colour schemes, design styles, and creative executions.
5. Aesthetic Curation
  • Maintain brand uniformity in:
    • Signage
    • Store displays
    • Packaging designs
    • Menu visuals
    • Digital & printed materials
  • Propose enhancements that elevate brand attractiveness & customer experience.
6. Social Media & Creative Strategy
  • Craft creative direction and design language for social platforms.
  • Work with marketing team on messaging, content pillars, and visual storytelling.
  • Align content with audience preference, cultural themes, and brand values.
7. Creative Quality & Control
  • Ensure output quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Review assets before publishing to maintain aesthetic & professional standards.
8. Knowledge & Insight
  • Conduct market scans on:
    • Competitor visual identity
    • Design trends
    • Industry styles
    • Creative benchmarks
  • Recommend innovative ideas and new branding methods.
