  • Works closely with the Technical Team to ensure every production achieves seamless alignment across lighting, sound, and visual systems.
  • Assists in tracking and curating partner activations, brand collaborations, and sponsorship integrations within entertainment-led experiences.
Requirements & Preferred Qualities:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Performing Arts, Show Production, Creative Media, or Communications.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in live show production, stage direction, or creative programming — preferably within cruise, resort, theatre, or nightlife environments (e.g., live houses or equivalent venues).
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, design, and execute live performances from development to delivery, with a solid grasp of stagecraft, lighting, sound, stage choreography, and multimedia integration.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of AI-assisted platforms, or other creative tools.
  • Familiarity with LED/VJ systems, lighting consoles (e.g., Resolume, GrandMA, DMX) and video-mapping workflows is advantageous.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and audience engagement, with meticulous attention to detail in creative execution.
