Job summary

Luminova Global Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Creative Assistant to join our Creative Team in Malaysia. This role welcomes interns, fresh graduates and candidates with or without experience who are passionate about graphic design and visual content.

You will design visuals for campaigns, assist with shoots, and help develop concepts aligned with branding. Training and career development are offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Open to interns, fresh graduates and candidates with or without working experience.
• Background or interest in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Media or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design creative visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, promotional materials and company events.
• Create posters, banners, advertisements and other digital marketing materials.
• Assist in developing creative concepts and visual content aligned with the company's branding.
• Assist with photo and video shoots, editing and other creative production tasks.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative materials for campaigns and promotions.
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative techniques and social media content styles.
• Perform other creative and design-related duties assigned by management.

This opportunity is open to interns, fresh graduates and candidates with or without working experience who have a passion for graphic design, visual content and creative production.

Job Responsibilities

Design creative visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, promotional materials and company events.
