Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions, a sponsor-dedicated model, offers stability and global expertise. As a CRA II, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpret complex medical data, and contribute to advancing innovative treatments for patients worldwide.

You will conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring protocol adherence and data integrity while collaborating with investigators. Travel is expected around 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trials.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate study conduct.
• Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain high‑quality data.
• Assist in preparation and review of study documentation including protocols and reports.
