The Country Manager is fully accountable for the performance, profitability, and growth of SunFish Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. This role leads the Kuala Lumpur operations, drives revenue growth and market expansion, and ensures alignment with regional strategy, corporate governance, and local regulatory requirements.

Working within a matrix organization, the Country Manager partners closely with Group Heads across sales, marketing, implementation, and payroll services to execute go-to-market strategies and deliver operational excellence.
