This role will be responsible for developing and executing the country‑level business strategy, overseeing logistics operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and e‑commerce, with proven leadership experience in managing teams and business expansion in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and last‑mile delivery.
• P&L Management: Drive profitability by optimizing operational costs, improving efficiency, and managing financial performance.
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key clients to strengthen JD Logistics’ market position.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all logistics and business operations comply with local laws, industry regulations, and corporate policies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, local government agencies, partners, and clients to enhance service offerings and operational capabilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record of driving business growth and managing P&L in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with international logistics networks and last‑mile delivery solutions.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
