Job description

We are a growing F&B group managing multiple restaurant brands and a central kitchen.

This role focuses on cost control, outlet performance analysis, and financial support to ensure healthy margins and sustainable growth.

This position is not only an accounting or bookkeeping role.

You will work closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Accounts to turn numbers into insights and actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor food, beverage, and packaging costs across outlets and central kitchen
  • Analyze theoretical vs actual usage and investigate cost variances
  • Track wastage, yield loss, shrinkage, and abnormal usage
  • Identify cost leakages and propose corrective actions
  • Prepare and maintain production costing sheets for central kitchen items (raw materials, labour, overhead, yield)
  • Monitor batch cost vs standard cost and explain variances
  • Track yield %, cooking loss, and portion consistency
  • Support pricing of central kitchen products supplied to outlets
  • Assist in new product costing, recipe changes, and process improvement
  • Prepare monthly outlet performance summaries (sales, cost, margin)
  • Analyze food cost %, labour cost %, and contribution margin by outlet
  • Highlight underperforming outlets and key issues
  • Track promotion impact on margin and cost structure
  • Support Account Manager in monthly closing analysis
  • Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Production teams
  • Assist in breakeven analysis for new outlets or products
  • Participate in ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects related to cost optimization, production efficiency, and business performance as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
  • 2–4 years experience in cost control / production costing / operations finance, preferably in F&B manufacturing, central kitchen, or FMCG
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, Lookups, basic cost models)
  • Good understanding of recipe costing, yield, and inventory flow
  • Able to work cross‑functionally with production and operations teams
  • Analytical, hands‑on, and comfortable working with data
