We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Cost Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing operational costs to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with budget targets. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain daily cost reports to monitor and control operational expenditures.
  • Develop, manage, and review cost budgets on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Perform weekly cost analyses to identify spending trends and recommend improvement measures.
  • Prepare and record third‑party cost accruals (including outsourced labor and security services) by the 1st of each month for the preceding month.
  • Manage sorting center budget accruals for all distribution hubs by the 15th of each month, ensuring accurate data compilation and timely submission through the company’s system.
  • Participate in weekly cost meetings and special project discussions related to cost management.
  • Support ad hoc cost optimization initiatives, including policy development, incentive program design, and cost improvement planning.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial reporting (logistics industry experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess a valid driving license with the flexibility to travel outstation for business purposes.
