Main Responsibilities
1) Plan and execute business opportunities of assigned portfolios for profitability and growth. 2) Drive new business production for Group Employee Benefit Insurance through intermediaries – broking, corporate agents, financial advisors and agent channels – and ensure team sales targets are achieved. 3) Follow up on policy renewal and ensure persistency targets are met. 4) Provide relevant marketing pre‑sales and after‑sales support and services.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Identify and explore potential new business for assigned portfolios and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Handle quotation negotiation with the quotation team and assist in the quotation process as needed.
- Follow up with intermediaries for quotation status updates.
- Gather information and feedback from policyholders and conduct R&D to improve products and services.
- Manage the balanced growth of the business portfolio while achieving profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries by providing marketing support, training, quick responses to quotations and enquiries, participating in field work, and coordinating administration.
- Collaborate with the Client Engagement team to meet renewal persistency targets.
- Ensure timely credit control and collection of premiums.
- Handle cross‑functional activities, ad‑hoc projects and other duties assigned by superiors.
- Assess customer needs and recommend business opportunities to grow the employee benefit portfolio.
- Lead and develop team members, monitoring progress against individual goals.
