Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage front desk and reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing general enquiries.
  2. Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations.
  3. Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting arrangements when required.
  4. Support the onboarding logistics, access card issuance, seating arrangement, and document handling.
  5. Act as the PIC for stationery management, birthday gifts, and uniform distribution for employees at the Sri Damansara office.
  6. Handle the offboarding process for employees based at Sri Damansara, including coordinating and collecting the Offboarding Clearance Form and required items.
  7. Prepare simple reports, documentation, and filing to support corporate services activities.
  8. Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
  9. Prepare for the meetings and upkeep the condition of the meeting room.
  10. Prepare simple reports, documentation, and filing to support Admin services activities.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 2–3 years of experience in administrative or corporate services roles.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
  • Pleasant personality, presentable appearance, and strong customer service skills suitable for front-desk responsibilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with visitors, departments, and external stakeholders professionally.
