Corporate Secretary Manager (Malaysia & Singapore)

Handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including incorporation and striking‑off of Companies and LLPs, and preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions

Maintain clients’ statutory registers and corporate records

Conduct KYC checks and client due diligence

Ensure corporate records are accurate and up to date for compliance purposes

Prepare Annual General Meeting documents and file annual returns

Issue invoices for renewals and other client services

Monitor and remind clients of statutory filing deadlines

Handle other corporate or business‑related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 2 year or more of relevant experience; senior positions available for more experienced candidates
  • Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
