A corporate service provider in Johor Bahru is seeking a Corporate Secretary Manager to handle a full spectrum of secretarial duties, maintain compliance records, and conduct KYC checks. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Mandarin proficiency is advantageous. Handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including incorporation and striking‑off of Companies and LLPs, and preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions
Maintain clients’ statutory registers and corporate records
Conduct KYC checks and client due diligence
Ensure corporate records are accurate and up to date for compliance purposes
Prepare Annual General Meeting documents and file annual returns
Issue invoices for renewals and other client services
Monitor and remind clients of statutory filing deadlines
Handle other corporate or business‑related tasks as assigned
