Job Responsibilities
- Incorporation of companies
- Amendments to company constitutions
- Share allotments and/or share transfers
- Manage the full range of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, striking off of companies, and preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks
- Maintain registers of controllers, nominee shareholders, and directors
- Keep statutory records, registers, and other relevant documents required by the Companies Act
- Ensure timely statutory filings with ACRA and SSM
- Prepare XBRL Financial Statements - Manage billing processes
Job Requirements
