Corporate Secretarial / Secretary (Manager, Senior, Junior , Fresh Graduate)

The company is a well-established professional services firm founded in 2008, specializing in corporate secretarial, advisory, and management services. Its clientele includes public listed companies, private limited companies, and multinational corporations across various industries such as manufacturing, property development, professional services, engineering and construction, consumer goods, timber, printing, and publishing.

Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, and other relevant authorities on company secretarial matters.
  • Attend Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings (AGM/EGM), including preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain and update statutory records and registers in compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Listing Requirements, and other relevant regulations.
  • Provide professional advice and support on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative or secretarial duties as assigned.
