Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective clinic providers, including physicians, medical practices, and healthcare facilities, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for healthcare products and services.
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs of clinic providers and propose tailored solutions.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of healthcare products and services to deliver effective presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and value propositions of products and services to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and development.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior, including involvement in new events, initiatives, or projects.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Nutritional Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in nutritional assessment, dietary consultation, and health coaching.
  • Prior experience in weight management or chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes care) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
  • Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals confidently.
  • Able to work independently while providing regular updates to supervisors and project leads.
  • Skilled in coordinating and executing wellness programs efficiently within timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of dietary assessment, counseling, and disease-specific management (e.g., weight, diabetes, lifestyle).
  • Proficiency in health coaching techniques and motivating individuals towards sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Ability to analyze health data, prepare reports, and present insights to clients and stakeholders.
