We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our Conferences division and Sales team as Corporate Sales Executives. In this role you will be working with key industry leaders and innovators. We help companies better their business through corporate meetings at elite B2B events. This role is perfect for those looking to start a career in sales and business development; sales experience is always great, but it’s not necessary.

This is an in‑person role located in our Kuala Lumpur office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market research and data capture.
  • Cold calling and prospecting over the phone.
  • Showing up with a positive attitude ready to crush your goals.
  • Sales outreach leveraging the phone, email, and voicemail.
  • Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients.
  • Setting monthly goals and KPIs.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles.
  • Commercial acumen and flair for sales.
  • Facilitating interactions between executives (buyers) and our service providers.
  • Bringing ideas to improve day‑to‑day operations and results.
  • Strategic thinking and research abilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Positive mindset and excellent communication skills in English, high level of self‑motivation, tremendous work ethic, attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, ambitious and an unquenchable desire for success.
  • Work experience in the related field is welcomed but not required; our New Hire Training Program is sufficient for a successful start.
  • Full‑time position available.
