Job description

We are looking for a Corporate & Special Sales Executive to support our growing fleet and business‑to‑business sales channel. This role involves engaging with corporate clients, rental companies, insurance partners, and government bodies to develop long‑term relationships and drive sales performance.

You will assist in tender coordination, prospect engagement, and support campaigns that align with the BMW brand positioning — working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a premium experience throughout the sales journey.

Responsibilities
  • Support corporate and special sales enquiries, tenders, and fleet requests
  • Engage and follow up with SMEs, corporate clients, and business leads
  • Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, stock, and delivery timelines
  • Assist in maintaining customer records and sales reports
  • Collaborate with BMW Malaysia on fleet programmes and campaigns
  • Participate in client meetings, roadshows, and corporate activations when needed
  • Ensure a professional and customer‑focused approach in all communications
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of working experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (automotive experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess a valid driving license
