Jora Malaysia is seeking a passionate Corporate Mandarin Tutor to deliver engaging lessons for corporate clients (B2B). The tutor will use the company syllabus to improve Mandarin communication in business contexts, adapting to adult learners and varying levels.

Applicants should hold a diploma or degree, be fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be comfortable teaching online or onsite. Malaysian citizens with own transport and Klang Valley base are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder; HSK certification encouraged.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Experience teaching Mandarin to adults or corporate learners is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and classroom management skills.
• Able to teach online and onsite for corporate clients.

• Must own a laptop with stable internet connection.

We are looking for a passionate and professional Corporate Mandarin Tutor (B2B) to conduct Mandarin language training for corporate clients. The tutor will deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the company’s syllabus, helping working professionals improve their Mandarin communication skills in a business environment.

This role requires strong teaching skills, professionalism, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the learning needs of adult corporate learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Mandarin language classes for corporate clients (B2B) based on the company’s syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning activities suitable for adult learners in a professional environment.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to improve employees’ Mandarin speaking, listening, and reading skills.
• Assess students’ language proficiency and monitor their learning progress throughout the course.
• Provide feedback and progress reports to management or corporate clients when required.
• Adapt teaching styles and materials according to learners’ needs and learning pace.
• Maintain professionalism when representing the company during corporate training sessions (online or onsite).
• Ensure punctuality and proper class management for every training session.
• Work closely with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth class scheduling and delivery.
• Participate in internal training or meetings organized by the company to enhance teaching quality and service standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in any field. Candidates with HSK certification (any level) are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
