Corporate & Lifestyle - Insurance Administrator

Location: Sunway Square, Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya.

We are seeking a meticulous, detail-focused Administrator to assist in Policy Document Review. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the information in policy documents received from insurers matches the records in our system, verifying, uploading, and managing documents for multiple insurers.

This role reports to the Head of Corporate & Lifestyle in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Insurance Terms and Premiums Verification: Check consistency of terms and premiums with system records, prepare documents for insurer portal issuance, compare documents with system records, upload activated policy documents, complete documentation cycle by updating status to Close/Won.
  • Use multiple insurer portals with varying UIs to complete tasks.
  • Maintain proficiency and adaptability in navigating different systems and processes.
  • Coordination with Multiple Insurers: Collaborate to ensure timely receipt of documents and maintain organized records and schedules for efficient document review.
Qualifications
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to accurately compare and verify detailed information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Outlook.
  • At least 2 years of experience with basic understanding of insurance policies and terminology (preferred).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
