Role Description

In this full-time hybrid role as a Corporate Lawyer, you will be based in Putrajaya with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring legal compliance in the business operations, providing legal advice regarding corporate laws, and representing the company in legal matters. You will collaborate with cross-departmental teams for risk assessment and develop strategies to minimize legal risks.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Law, Employment Law, and Contract Law
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of legal contracts and agreements
  • Familiarity with local, international, and financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in legal research, problem-solving, and risk analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; admission to the Malaysian bar is required
  • Previous experience in a corporate legal environment or fintech industry is advantageous
