Corporate Finance Executive / Management Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated, sharp, and detail-oriented Pre-Listing Preparation Specialist to work directly with the CEO. This is not a senior executive role; it is a ground-floor opportunity for a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can take initial guidance and then run with projects independently.

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):

Documentation & Data Management:

  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and organization of all necessary documentation for the listing process (financial, legal, corporate governance).
  • Create and maintain a master checklist and project plan to track all pre-listing tasks and deadlines.
  • Manage data rooms, ensuring all files are accurately labeled, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant parties.

Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct targeted research on listing requirements, regulatory standards, and competitor analysis.
  • Summarize findings into clear, concise memos and presentations for the CEO.
  • Assist in the preliminary analysis of financial and operational data as directed.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a central point of contact and coordinate communication between internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) and external advisors (auditors, lawyers, consultants).
  • Draft internal and external communications, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Schedule and prepare materials for key meetings with the board, investors, and advisors.

Compliance & Governance Support:

  • Help in drafting and reviewing company policies and charters to ensure they meet governance standards for a public company.
  • Track and ensure compliance with action items from legal and financial audits.
