Job description

Support the Group’s engagement with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors to enhance market confidence and visibility.

Prepare and coordinate investor materials for quarterly results, ad-hoc investors’ briefings/meetings, and roadshows including Q&A preparation, logistics and follow-up actions.

Monitor and analyse market trends, peer performance, analyst coverage, and relevant industry developments to update internal stakeholders and management.

Collaborate closely with the Group’s appointed IR consultants in planning and executing all IR strategies and activities, including but not limited to participation in investors conferences, roadshows, etc.

Manage the Group’s corporate communication channels, including Bursa announcements, press releases on financial results, M&A transactions, and updates on the corporate IR portal.

Assist the CFO and Finance team in financial modelling, valuation, and cash flow analysis to support fundraising, M&A, and strategic projects.

Compile the Group’s tender book and order book, analyze Group’s financial data and information, and ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial and strategic information to key stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify information to ensure consistency, accuracy and up-to-date information in investor communications.

Prepare quarterly GCEO townhall presentation materials, particularly on the financial performance and key business highlights.

Assist in preparing and coordinating the Group’s annual report content and statements, including but not limited to the MD&A, Chairman’s Statement, Financial Highlights, and other finance-related sections.

Support AGM - related activities, including preparation of financial slides and anticipated financial and CF related Q&A.

Undertake any other tasks, assignments, and job related matters as assigned.
