The Corporate Finance Associate will provide support in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for excellence in finance.

Description
  • Corporate Finance Support - Assist with capital management, investment appraisal, valuation analysis, and funding strategies (bonds, loans) aligned with internal capital structure guidelines.
  • Loan Management & Compliance - Oversee loan-related activities including covenant monitoring, reporting to lenders, coordinating with advisors and country teams, and handling documentation for drawdowns.
  • Cashflow Oversight - Manage and consolidate cashflows across entities, coordinate with financial controllers, initiate weekly cash call approvals, and provide summarized cashflow reports to stakeholders.
  • Financial Modeling - Contribute to the review, adjustment, and refinement of financial models to support decision-making.
  • Presentation & Reporting - Prepare board meeting materials and other corporate finance presentations to support leadership communication
Profile

A successful Corporate Finance Associate should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • An understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources industry is advantageous.
