Job Description
- Assist in structuring of corporate transactions / proposals, including perform scenario analysis, carry out research and prepare evaluation papers for management.
- Assist and manage the implementation of corporate exercises undertaken by the group, including to identify potential issues in the process of gathering and review of information and documents.
- Conduct financial analysis and evaluations for corporate finance transactions and other strategic corporate initiatives, including joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Support the assessment of potential new investments, including mergers and acquisitions to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, investment banks, legal advisors, and external consultants on corporate finance transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and execute potential investment and expansion strategies.
- Monitor progress of corporate finance transactions and ensure appropriate actions are executed when and where required.
- Provide corporate finance advisory support to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

- High level of ambition and self-motivation, with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools.
- Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin candidates are preferred (as the role may involve working with Mandarin stakeholders).
