A corporate services provider in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced Corporate Company Secretarial professional. You will ensure compliance with relevant laws and perform various secretarial functions, maintaining important documents. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Corporate Administration and preferably have at least 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome. Corporate Company Secretarial (Experienced) Multiple Location

We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Corporate Company Secretarial to join our offices in Skudai (Johor), Kuala Lumpur and Penang (George Town).

You will play an important role to:

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant company law acts.

• Perform the full spectrum of the company secretarial function.

• Maintain statutory documents, administrative records and update the register.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma or Bachelor of Corporate Administration.

• Part qualification of ICSA, MAICSA, company secretarial practice or Corporate Secretary Management. (Note: This is not an administrative, secretarial or personal assistant job.)

• Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in a secretarial field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

• PC literate in Microsoft Office and S2000 Secretarial Software.

• Pleasant personality, self‑motivated and teamwork oriented.
