Develop effective Corporate Investor Engagement strategies to strengthen clients’ visibility and market perception.
Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination and implementing investor relations and public relations activities.
Manage client timelines, expectations and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Present project scopes, schedules, potential risks and recommendations clearly to both clients and internal teams.
Support business development initiatives, including preparing proposals and engaging prospective clients.
Conduct research and gather insights prior to client meetings to strengthen presentation quality and advisory recommendations.
More than 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment practices, and corporate governance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex financial topics into clear, impactful messages.
Familiarity with public-listed company requirements, compliance standards, and regulatory expectations.
