About the opportunity

Join our team as a Sales Representative focused on acquiring new accounts. Your role will involve promoting and selling products, services, and solutions to new customers across various levels. You will prospect for new accounts, secure appointments, identify client needs, deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales. Additionally, you will develop strategies to expand our client base within targeted market segments. Your efforts will contribute to generating new account revenue in line with organizational and personal targets. Responsibilities are within the New Account Acquisition Sales Function, either as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

What you need to be successful
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a client management role.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls via digital communication tools over extended periods, as this is a 100% telesales role.
  • Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Data-sensitive and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with online business tools such as Google applications; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent consultative sales communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, target-oriented, resilient, team player, and eager to learn.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to constant operational changes.
