A professional association in finance is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support procurement processes and manage supplier data in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate has a diploma in business, finance, or accounting and up to 2 years of experience. This role offers a flexible, hybrid working environment with a strong focus on employee wellbeing and benefits tailored to individual needs.
You will provide financial and administrative services to support the end-to-end procurement process. Resolve service requests and other vendor inquiries and provide support to local finance teams and those transitioning to the Global Business Services (GBS) function across the Procure To Pay (PTP) process. You will report to the Procurement Manager and use a hybrid work schedule.
