Our client, a Public Listed Infrastructure Engineering and Construction company, is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive leadership team. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional who can seamlessly bridge project execution with overarching business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to all operational functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Champion operational efficiency across the organization, optimizing resources, processes, and systems.

Play an integral role in Business Development, providing operational insight for tender preparation, submission, and pricing strategies to secure profitable new projects.

Oversee group-wide resource planning, budget development, and financial monitoring, ensuring the company's strategic and financial objectives are met.

Ideal Profile

A proven track record in a senior operational leadership role within the Infrastructure, Engineering & Construction, or EPC industries.

Expertise extends beyond Project Management to encompass general operations, business development support, and P&L management.

A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business development initiatives into operational reality.
