Job Description: As a Conveyancing Lawyer at Ong and Manecksha, you will be responsible for handling a variety property-related legal matters. You will provide comprehensive legal support to our clients, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on transactions, and representing clients in negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to conveyancing matters.
  • Handle all aspects of conveyancing transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and liaise with relevant authorities and third parties.
  • Manage client relationships and provide proactive legal advice.
Requirements
  • LL.B or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
  • Admission to the Bar and current practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing.
