Job Description: We are looking for a Civil Litigation Lawyer with at least 2 years of experience to manage and take ownership of litigation matters. The ideal candidate should be highly independent, meticulous, and possess strong communication skills in Mandarin to effectively interact with clients. Handle litigation matters related to employment law, commercial disputes, and family disputes. Draft and review commercial agreements. Communicate effectively with clients in Mandarin. Manage case files and ensure timely progress on all litigation matters. Collaborate with team members and provide legal support as required. (Only allowed and supervised job scopes are applicable to Pupils In Chambers position)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and valid practicing certificate in Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil litigation.
• Strong ownership and accountability for assigned work.
• Highly independent with the ability to work autonomously.
• Must have own transport.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.

Senior Conveyancing Secretary

• Able to prepare and handle all matters related to conveyancing S&P and loans independently.
• Good communication skills & actively update clients or any related parties.
• Familiar with stamping office, land office and related government bodies requirements and procedure.
• Responsible and able to complete assigned jobs before the deadline.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Bonus payout 2 times in a year (every June & December).
• High remuneration commensurate with experiences & skills.
• Yearly revision on remuneration.
