The role involves preparing legal documents, managing timelines, and assisting in administrative duties. Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills and be familiar with various banks' procedures. Ability to work independently and start promptly will be a plus. Has experience with handling and preparing full procedures in Subsale/Developer’s matter; Refinancing (Individual & Corporate Loan), Auction, Transfer & Transmission cases.
To prepare legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
Able to work independently under minimum supervision and compliance with the timeline set by the authority, superior and lawyer.
Able to manage time well and keep track of key dates (e.g., completion date, stamping date, presentation date, filing CKHT date, signing date, etc) by producing a completed weekly status report.
Able to assist in administrative work, including file opening, document compilation, and data entry into developer's systems or portals.
