Qualifications

• 5+ years in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence in logistics/4PL/3PL.
• Solid background in control tower models, process improvements, and change management.
• Experience with global, multi-client logistics setups.

Responsibilities

• Drive process efficiency and lead optimization initiatives within the 4PL Control Tower.
• Monitor efficiency of operational process execution and document deviations.
• Manage implementation of corrective measures in operations.
