Job summary

Pan Asia Software Solutions in Cyberjaya is seeking a Mainframe Server Network Engineer for an on-site contract role to manage and optimize mainframe networks and servers.

The role covers configuring infrastructure, health checks, performance tuning, security controls, and collaboration with infra, security, and application teams. Strong z/OS, TCP/SNA, and mainframe tooling experience is required; on-call support may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in mainframe network engineering in z/OS environments.
• 3–4 years Systems Programming experience in z/OS.
• Strong networking and protocol skills; knowledge of mainframe connectivity design.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and optimize mainframe network and server environments on-site in Cyberjaya.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure; perform health checks and tuning.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and applications teams; document configurations and procedures.
