Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract administration and procurement.
• Handle evaluation of tender and cost estimation.
• Prepare main progress claim and ensure certification.
• Produce schedule of materials and delivery schedules.
• Monitor material usage by site or sub-contractor.
• Prepare and verify the sub-contractors payments.
• Attend project meetings.
• Complete other assigned duties.
