Job Summary:

Provides key support in preparing, coordinating, and submitting tenders. This role ensures all documentation meets compliance requirements while assisting the sales team with accurate, timely submissions and smooth project execution.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit tenders, quotations, and proposals accurately and on time.
  • Support the sales team in managing documentation, compliance, and pricing for tender submissions.
  • Liaise with government agencies, and internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant processes.
  • Maintain a database of tenders, monitor deadlines, and track tender outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, contracts, and follow-up documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma or Degree in IT related, Business, Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support or tender administration (experience in government tenders and ICT relates is an added advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
