CONTRACT MANAGER & SENIOR CONTRACT EXECUTIVE

About the role

This exciting Contract Manager & Senior Contract Executive role at Tall Innovations Sdn Bhd offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative construction company. Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position will see you take on key responsibilities across the organisation's contract management function.

What you'll be doing

• Manage pre-and post-contracts activities including tendering, cost control, project claims and payment.
• Providing expert advice on contractual matters, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Overseeing contract administration processes and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving implementation.
• Supporting the delivery of new projects and strategic initiatives.
• Mentoring and guiding more junior members of the contracts team.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a contracts management or senior commercial legal role, ideally within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, construction regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in factory or industrial building projects will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
