SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Lead end-to-end data science projects (from problem framing to deployment).
• Design and implement advanced machine learning models and statistical techniques.
• Define project objectives, KPIs, and ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Oversee data governance, ethical AI practices, and MLOps for production systems.
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing.
• Communicate insights and influence strategic decisions with stakeholders.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING)

• Translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problems.
• Balancing model accuracy with interpretability and compliance requirements.
• Managing scalability and performance of models in production environments.
• Handling incomplete or biased datasets while ensuring fairness.
• Driving innovation under resource and time constraints.
• Anticipating future data needs and aligning with organizational goals.

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience: 5–8+ years in data science or advanced analytics roles.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Python/R, SQL, big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop), cloud services (AWS, Azure), and MLOps.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes and ability to apply analytics to solve strategic problems.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
