Job summary

Mubadala Energy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide contract administration and commercial support to the Project Contracts team across EPC/EPCI projects in the oil & gas sector.

The role focuses on governance, change management, documentation control, supplier compliance, and coordination with Engineering, SCM, Legal, Finance, and QA/QC to ensure timely and compliant contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or commercial support for oil & gas EPC/EPCI projects.
• Experience with contract governance, change management, and documentation control.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple project teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and management of project contracts, milestones and compliance.
• Maintain contract registers, logs, records and version control.
• Assist in amendments, change orders, variations, claims and close-out documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering, SCM, Legal, Finance, QA/QC and project teams.
• Monitor contractor obligations, insurance, guarantees and certifications.
• Assist invoice verification, payment certification and commercial reconciliation.
