• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
• Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
• Strong communication and people skills, structured approach.

• Drive a culture of engagement and develop capabilities in the plant.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support cost reduction initiatives.
