In this exciting role, you’ll be a key change agent, working closely with our Plant's Continuous Improvement Manager to unlock performance, enhance efficiency, and build a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll empower teams by developing their problem-solving capabilities, applying world‑class tools and methodologies, and leading initiatives that deliver sustainable results.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
  • Strong knowledge with Continuous improvement tools and employs lean methodology to support the annual strategy development
  • Ability to engage teams and upper management and be a face of the company at each department
  • Experienced with Leader Standard Work behavior activities
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks to work with plant leaders and the facility manufacturing team to execute existing processes.
  • Conducts regular assessments against the KWS phase progression criteria with the CIPO team, identifies gaps and puts actions in place to close the gaps
We’re Looking for Someone With
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing or a related field with a proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent with experience in influence management, coaching across all levels, and motivating teams to drive results
  • Skilled in root cause analysis, Kaizen, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma. SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to work across functions and align stakeholders under pressure and tight timelines
  • Ability to understand and meet both internal and external business needs, prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment, and deliver clear direction and focus
