Job summary

Siti Khadijah Apparel is seeking a Content Creator to plan, shoot, edit, and publish daily short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels. You will manage production setups, optimize content with CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, and stay ahead of trends to drive engagement and brand growth.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field and at least 3 years of content creation experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation or social media.
Advanced mastery of CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Deep understanding of TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts algorithms and trends.
Self-driven, fast learner, and proactive under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, edit, and publish daily short-form video content across TikTok, IG Reels and Facebook Reels.
Set up and operate mobile/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, and audio
Produce fast-paced edits with CapCut and Premiere Pro to maximize engagement.
Independently manage production timelines, schedules, and editing pipelines for on-time publishing.
Research platform algorithms and trending formats to propose innovative campaign ideas.
Cover product launches, brand activations, events, and founder/behind-the-scenes content.
Organize and archive raw footage and assets for team access.
