About the Role: We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing Content Specialist with a strong focus on video production, editing, and content creation. You’ll be the storyteller behind our brand, crafting engaging videos and written content that resonate across social media, digital campaigns, and community platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with strategy from conceptualising short‑form videos and reels to writing captions, blogs, or campaign copy that connect with audiences.
Video Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content (short‑form & long‑form) for social media, campaigns, and product storytelling.
- Manage the end‑to‑end production process: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Stay updated with content trends, formats, and best practices (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
Written Content Development
- Develop copy for posts, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and ad campaigns.
- Write compelling scripts and captions to complement video content.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all channels.
Campaign Execution & Growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns.
- Assist in planning content calendars and executing multi‑channel campaigns.
- Track performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.
Collaboration
- Work with designer, business development, and operations teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
- Support brand campaigns, events, and partnership activations with relevant content assets.
Key Deliverables (KPIs)
- Produce 8–12 high‑quality videos (short or long‑form) monthly.
- Deliver weekly written content (social media posts, blogs, newsletters).
- Contribute to consistent content calendar execution across all key channels.
- Achieve growth in engagement metrics (views, reach, shares, leads).
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Proven experience in video editing and content creation (portfolio or samples required).
- Proficiency with editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong writing skills in English (BM or Mandarin is a plus).
- Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and visual branding.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and marketing tools is an advantage.
