Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Team Lead located in Puchong. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and creating content for various platforms, developing and implementing social media strategies, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead content planning, production, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • In charge of scheduling social media posting timeline and account management such as customer questions in DM or comments.
  • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, video editors and marketing executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Ecommerce, Modern Trade and etc) to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize content for engagement and ROI.
  • Review content scripts and provide feedback and directions to amplify content engagement and ROI.
  • Oversee influencer partnerships and content collaborations to amplify brand visibility.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in content, social media management and campaign management.
  • Experience in Beauty and Skincare industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical skills for monitoring and improving campaign performance
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
