Job summary

A gaming company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate to investigate cheating reports and player ban appeals. This role involves analyzing user complaints, assessing anti-cheat systems, and monitoring player-generated content. Responsibilities

Investigate overseas cheating reports and player ban appeals through evidence and video review.

Assess anti‑cheat systems to minimize false positives and enhance game integrity.

Analyze user complaints, identify root causes, and support developers in implementing fixes.

Monitor and review all player‑generated content (text, image, voice, video).

Proactively identify and remove inappropriate material, including adult content, violent, and cyberbullying.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in English; additional Mandarin/Thai/Vietnamese/Filipino language ability (near native level and above, preferably with a language certificate).
  • Strong gaming experience, especially in FPS (first‑person shooter) games.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above required (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Prior experience in the internet or gaming industry is a plus.
  • Positive working attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Working Location

KL Sentral (accessible by public transport)

Work Schedule

24/7 operations, 5 working days per week, shift‑based system
