About the Team

Our Content Moderators support our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. Our Content Moderators review a large amount of videos per hour on these topics in continuous succession during each shift.

Content that Content Moderators interact with includes images, video, and text related to everyday life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying, hate speech, child safety, depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain standards for the security of online communities.
  • Improve content management strategy for short‑video platforms.
  • Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates policies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluent in Tamil and English.
  • Quick to learn, highly adaptable, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
  • Resilience and commitment to self‑care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Resilience and persistence to handle routine daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Interest in short‑video platforms.
  • Experience in a BPO/call center/customer service environment is a plus.
  • Comfortable with reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate or contain explicit materials.
  • Ability to work in a high‑tempo environment, adapt, and respond to day‑to‑day challenges.
