Working shifts : US shifts (start at 8pm/9pm - 5am /6pm

Work Mode : Virtual

English must be fluent and must have experience support international content writing project.

Supporting content creation across APAC, EMEA, and the US. You’ll edit, format, and publish high-quality reports and research materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and proofread reports, charts, tables, and presentations for clarity and style.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
  • Format and publish reports using CMS, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Meet strict deadlines and support global editors during leave or holidays.
  • Work during US East Coast hours in a global, collaborative virtual team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional editing or sub-editing experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., Quark Publishing Platform) is an advantage.
