About the Role

Content Developer is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining training materials, programs and knowledge documents for the Training Academy. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts from the business and insurance operations teams to ensure that all training content is accurate, engaging, aligned with industry standards and fit-for-purpose.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including (but not limited to) manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and presentations tailored to the business and our teams’ training needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps through feedback and understanding the needs and strategic direction of the business.
  • Design and implement training programs that align with the Training Academy's goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct briefing sessions, workshops, and webinars for trainers on training materials.
  • Repurposing all training materials into knowledge documents (where necessary) and ensuring their relevancy at all times.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes when needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and regulations in the insurance industry to ensure training content is current and relevant.
  • Collaborates with the trainers to explore the right training channels for the content and to ensure that the right channels are selected for learning effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to trainers to enhance their performance and professional development.
